Game Producer (relocate or remote)

Responsibilities:

— Communicating daily priorities to leads, follow up on tasks/ issues as needed to keep teams moving forward;
— Managing, overseeing, and tracking the production and go-live processes associated with the launch of a game;
— Ensuring timely delivery of deliverables according to plan;
— Scheduling timely quality testing, collaborating with QA product team;
— Guide and give feedback on game productions;
— Identify roadblocks, project risks and be involved in finding solutions;
— Striving to provide excellent player experience, continuously improving the games, in order to achieve maximum player engagement coupled with the highest quality standards through great team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of game production experience in game production either within the iGaming or Gaming industry;
— Strong familiarity with game development processes and pipelines;
— Demonstrated people management skills;
— Passion to create fun games with an engaging player experience;
— Excellent organizational and communication skills.
