The company is actively expanding and invites a Retention Manager to cooperate!
— Experience in working with CRM systems (Fasttrack, ZohoCRM, amoCRM, Hubspot, SalesForce);
— Possession of techniques and tools for analyzing sales or marketing activity; the skill of writing technical specifications for revision/functionality;
— Experience in working with «loyalty programs»;
— English level: Intermediate.
— Participation in the integration of a new CRM system;
— Decomposition of the top-level plan for working with segments of CRM help and its subsequent implementation;
— Maintaining the relevance of customer data, processing incoming information about players;
— Creating a plan for working with different cohorts for products KPI by-product;
— Collection of proposals from representatives of different departments on the work of CRM, which require improvements, the implementation of their practice, including testing;
— Maintaining weekly and monthly reporting.
