Our client is a is a full-cycle, B2C IT product development company. They have two major projects and plans to develop new ones. Projects are international and English with the audience is 500K+ users. The company works in the areas of gaming, betting, crypto and has been in the market for more than two years and employs 100 persons.

Their team works in Development, Design, Product Management, Marketing, Support, Sales.
The Marketing Department has 11 employees, and the team includes 2 TL and develop the following directions: SMM, SEO, Affiliate, Traffic.

The company is actively expanding and invites an Head of Marketing to cooperate!


— Leadership, ability to organize the work of a team;
— Experience in managing offline teams;
— Experience at the position of Head of Marketing for two years or more;
— Experience in Gaming, Betting, FinTech will be a plus;
— An analytical and strategic approach to the work;
— Knowledge and ability to efficiently use the main marketing channels and tools;
— The ability to collect and analyze the main marketing metrics (LTV, ROI, ROMI…);
— English language at Upper-Intermediate or higher level.


— Participation in the development of the marketing strategy of the company;
— Creation of marketing plan and control;
— Organizing efficient activities of the entire business unit;
— Strategic and operational management of the company’s marketing;
— Planning and participation in new product launches and releases;
— Organization of efficient work organization, motivation, and development;
— Assist in defining objectives for each specialist of the department, creating the proper context for achieving these objectives, and monitoring implementation;
— Review and improvement of internal activities;
— Assist the team in developing new events and their conditions;
— Coordinating and cooperating with other departments to efficiently achieve the company’s overall objectives;
— Periodic (monthly, monthly) analysis of data on the overall performance of the platform to identify bottlenecks and eliminate them;
— Budgeting, cost control, and optimization;
— Conducting meetings and informing team members about all changes in the company.
