Head of Sales

Therefore, they are actively expanding and inviting the Head of the Sales for cooperation!

Required skills:

— Experience in IT or/and iGaming industry (B2B);

— At least 2 years of people management experience: target-setting, monitoring, business processes development;

— Advanced/Fluent level of English;

— Strong service/client-oriented attitude;

— HubSpot CRM experience a plus.


— Set up a process to manage, motivate and mentor a team in the long run;

— Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them;

-Develop individual quotas and assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed;

— Follow big deals, analyze special cases, overdue activities, deal flows;

— Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission;

— Market research in key areas of online business;

— Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions;

— Provide CBDO with monthly / quarterly reports on the work results.
