Our client is a full-cycle IT product company. This is a team of 100 specialists who independently implement projects from the idea to technical support. For over two years they have developed their products targeted to the international market.

The company works in the areas of gaming, betting, crypto and are visible to a worldwide audience of over 500,000 users, and the platform is ranked in the TOP 3 of its category.

To reform the current sports-betting project, they plan to choose a new integrator, a solution with a ready server part and administration and write the front end ourselves.

We are looking for a Product Manager responsible for managing the full cycle of product development (analysis of customer needs, shaping product value proposition, finding product-market fit, shaping SDLC roadmap and management, shaping the strategy for attracting customers to the product).

The role of Product Manager requires a responsible and proactive team player with good communication skills and in-depth expertise in building and developing betting products. A team player with good communication skills and deep expertise in the formation and development of betting products, who can understand new solutions quickly, is ready to take the initiative and be responsible for the result, and feels a constant desire to develop professionally.

Requirements:

— Understanding of SDLC in all its stages;

— Knowledge of high-level, low-level requirements;

— Comprehension of user story/user flow;

— Understanding of UI/UX principles;

— Experience in betting projects;

— Experience in conceptual decision making in the course of product development;

— Experience in forming strategies to attract the users to the product;

— English skills at least at the upper-intermediate level;

Will be a plus:
— Marketing background;
— Work with product logics game functional.

Responsibilities:

— Full management of one of the product lines;

— Road Map for product development;

— Work with development, design, marketing, and support teams;

— Work with contractors and service providers;

— Planning and prioritization of product tasks and control of their fulfillment;

— Prioritization of the backlog;

— Market analysis;

— Communication with B2B partners as a Business Developer;

— Participation in strategic sessions, presentations of goals and objectives of product development.
